My son shoes are the wrong size after we waited for very long time, I really like joom but I might have to look for another company, to get things right, I been with you guys about a yr and you always got things right and fast delivery, I understand the weather conditions, that not big problem it's just the ordering needs get things right have the right sizes for United States ...

I've ordered two pairs of the high top trainers and I now have the full set in red, white and now blue, but one thing..... You've stopped adding the metal eye holes which I found very useful for keeping the long laces flat so still smart looking and I know it's a tiny thing but just thought I'd mention it. Still feel the same still miss the metal eyelets.....

I've got a UK size 9 foot but since the first pair I ordered (I now have all three of the same high top trainers) they've all been a tiny bit small even though I've ordered a size too big as in an EU size 44 and this time they're missing the metal eyelets for the laces so whilst I'm generally happy with them no gold star I'm afraid. its fits tight no sapce left for wiggle looks like size 43 if there was a bigger size 45 i would have order it any way its not worth a wait for the shoe its just a reap off though the quality its okay
