Really annoyed 1 of the earrings was completely broken can't be worn. I know they weren't expensive but shouldn't have broken that easily on its way to me nothing else was damaged & it all came in the same package, so don't see how that got broken in delivery.. NOT HAPPY. I've bought lots of different things from Joom in the past & never had anything delivered 2 me broken like that before. The earrings were 4 myself as well so extremely disappointed, plus with them not being that expensive seems a lot of stress sending it back etc... but I don't see why I should pay 4 something I can't ever wear. Has seriously made me think twice about what I will purchase from Joom in the future just in case the same thing happens again😠☹️
