E27 89 LEDs | Warm white

I'm not sure why the light is not coming on. I've tried several different sockets but somehow it didn't light up. I think most probably this light bulb works with different voltage maybe the UK Voltage. But I'm still great full for the efforts. It arrived very quickly and I am very excited. Thanks again.

glows, but the effect is not what I expected. Measured power 9-10 W, lm 800-900. At such a price, it is too weak
