Very quick delivery. I have had problems with my knees and am going to use these to help build my thigh muscles up again. It takes a while to get used to the sensation, so start on low level. It becomes more comfortable as you persevere. Highly recommend this product. Takes two AAA batteries sold separately. Much better than the ones that use button batteries.

Is very light plastic, but is working ! not all the way through the sides, more like the middle part where battarie pad is.. For equal results it need to move on the skin so all the muscles will be treated equally. Though the highest mode is perfect !
Quality is not the best. Item don't have a good adhesive, thus making it not very sticky to body- but however, the pulses are good and plenty to choose from. Am happy with it. Once the adhesion weakens though your buggered, no longer able to use.
