The product arrived after having been delayed, most likely due to Christmas and the aftermath of the holiday. The lyre was in the bag it came with, along with the tuning wrench, cleaning cloth, spare strings, and the "lyre Harp" booklet. The product was packaged well in a box and encased with bubble wrap.
