It was too small

The shoes are too tight and pinch everywhere, even though the right size was ordered. Unfortunately, my wife can't wear them! Sneakers are too tight. Tried everything, even putting shoe trees in the sneakers for a few days. But it was all to no avail. Please take them back and get other sneakers that are softer and not so tight and squeezing.
