The material of the bag is of very poor quality (the color changes on its own even though it was worn only once), the closure is blocked (does not close normally).

Brilliant, I was updated all the time as far as ordering went. Bag is super and better quality than I thought.

Update to my review: Joom's customer service requested a refund due to issues with the material and product safety. That was fair. Perhaps it was an isolated incident? Perhaps it's the "black" color, and the other colors are fine. I don't know. Hopefully, product safety can be improved in the future. It was a shame, but perhaps things will improve in the future. Thanks for the service.
