Good morning. I have received this item and it is good quality but the measurements are way out. This was going off your measurement chart but when I measured the actual item, it's bigger so I can't get the lumbar straps tight enough to be of any benefit. Please could I swap it for a size smaller? Kind regards. Anthony Heyes.
