The matter was resolved with great professionalism and honesty, putting the money that I made available for the purchase of the same sandals in my account within three working days. I will order other similar sandals because I can no longer walk in the summer without these shoes. I have two black ones, one gray and now I have this one that has the defect because they didn't want to return it and I still want another pair because the first ones are very old. Many thanks to Joom for the integrity, respect and consideration he showed me in resolving this matter.
