I ordered this for my daughter and when it arrived I was really impressed with the apparent quality! The stitching and general assembly of the bra seems extremely good. Sadly, although I physically measured my daughter and selected the appropriate size according to the chart provided, it is too big around her ribcage. It fits her just fine everywhere else so it is such a shame! I am hoping that the seller has the correct size and that we can exchange it or something? I would highly recommend this bra and seller based on the quality of the item and how accurate the photo representation is. You may however need to adjust the ribcage size. I am hopeful that I can get an exchange sorted out 🤞🏽😬👍🏽

I tried it, it worked. But now I've worn it and had to find out why, the clasp (part with the eyelets) is extremely scratchy. It's either the nights, it looks like a plastic seam or the thread, maybe plastic too. You can't wear it like that

I would like to exchange them for a smaller size, what do I have to do? Returns are guaranteed, right? I need one size less, I haven't found out how to make the return. I sent this message as soon as I received the order and they haven't answered me at all, it's not fair!

There had to be two products in the package, I received the package in a pink bag without Joom insignia, with the label over the label, with one product more precisely the cream bra. The white bra is missing, good quality .... something is happening, sorry ...
