It finally arrived after 1 month and 7 days, these days it's unthinkable to have to wait so long for 1 product and it comes all crumpled, knowing how many knocks it took in more than 1 month the machine is badly packaged and doesn't even come with protection against blows, presents difficulties in the connection, I believe it is the wire or supposed blows that it took during its journey. I haven't bought from joom for a long time because of this and again I'm disappointed follow Shien's example and improve
An absolute must have in the kitchen. Very good quality, practical and robust. The product corresponds to the picture. Delivery arrived quickly and was well packaged. The product includes cable and set with matching plastic bag. The product has 2 programs and works perfectly. I think the product is great and super great. I highly recommend the product and seller. The delivery is ok, the quality of the packaging can be seen in the pictures. I feared the worst. Surprisingly, the packer worked very well with the included bags. I'm very satisfied
I would like to be reimbursed, this product does not correspond to the advertisement. I cannot manage to empty the interior / the bag remains all inflated with air and the food is damaged.
