So the toilet seat is great. Peps up the bathroom... and it's super comfortable... and above all, the seat is never cold again... I am disappointed with the quality of the product. It is not at all true to the description. It's literally a piece of cardboard. Especially since I waited 2 months for this and it's not even the right color. In general I am satisfied with Joom, but not for this product. That's a shame ! 😒
Attention it is not a cover contrary to what is indicated... So to use it you have to put the stickers... It's not at all what I expected... I'm totally disappointed.
