This module is a linear current sensor, designed based on the principle of Hall sensing, built-in precise low bias linear Hall sensor circuit with a copper foil located close to the surface of the IC.
When the current passes through the copper foil, a magnetic field is generated, and the Hall element senses a linear voltage signal according to the magnetic field, which is amplified, filtered, chopped and corrected by the internal circuit.
After internal amplification, filtering, chopping and correction circuit, the output voltage is proportional to the detected AC or DC current.
It can be applied in motor field, load detection and management, switching power supply and over-current fault protection.

ACS712 is based on the principle of Hall detection, try to avoid the magnetic field caused by the use of this effect.
