It is the first time that I buy on this page and the last, almost 3 months to receive the product, they had it held at customs and they did not even bother to inform me, it was the customs who contacted me after more than 2 months, to tell me the documentation that I had to send them for the product to follow its course, otherwise I would never have received it. Terrible management, zero information and customer service.

Received today June 29. Ordered June 11. The deadline was between June 19 and 30. So deadline respected. Pretty color. This is the one I ordered. I hope my mum will like it. Nice finishes, well-made seams, nothing to complain about. Small flat, the smell of plastic that I do not like but it is only a slight detail. I recommend this product. La borsa è arrivata nei tempi previsti. È molto carina nel colore rosa pratica per tutti i giorni o per la sera, è un po piccola peccato ma nel complesso è bellina, comodo anche il laccio che permette di usarla a tracolla. Unica pecca l'odore sgradevole ma basta una giornata al sole e un po di acqua e alcool passati con un panno e già si sente meno. Sono soddisfatta per il prezzo pagato va bene 👍😁
