No tengo nada malo que decir a cerca de los pinceles, salvo que son diez pinceles iguales que nunca hubiese pedido ya que tengo otros que me interesan infinitamente más, además, lo tiene más baratos otro vendedor. El error no se quién lo ha podido cometer, pero la verdadera realidad es que yo jamás hice este pedido, me lo han cargado en mi cuenta y me lo he tenido que quedar, si o si. Hablé con atención al cliente pero no me sirvió de nada, me dijeron que si no lo quería, que lo devolviese pero el envío corría de mi cuenta. No merecía la pena tomarme las molestias de tener que ir a correos y pagar unos gastos de envío por algo que no había pedido y que iban a costar más que el propio producto. También me sugirieron denunciar a la policía, la posibilidad de que alguien hubiera podido utilizar mi tarjeta de crédito, algo imposible, pero por 4,35€ no iba a molestar a la policía que tiene cosas infinitamente más importantes que atender. Denunciar algo puntual, de poca cuantía y sin poder demostrar nada? Es absurdo!! Eso ha sido un error de JOOM, de poca importancia, si, pero me molesta porque los descuentos que me han regalado, en un momento me los han "cobrado" por otro lado. En fin.....espero que no vuelva a suceder.
