I don't quite understand how to set the time, I tried but the pen doesn't want to and it always stops at 11:30 :/

The pen is really good but the clock part doesn't work and that's precisely why I bought it.

The time cannot be set. I received it turned on with the wrong time. I am not satisfied. ALICE.
