Product looked well package, unfortunately now that I'm trying it ... :( it doesn't work. I tried plugging it in different spots but no luck. How can I get my refund? Joom issued a refund credit which I received today for the broken set. And for that reason I'm changing my review back to 5 stars. Great customer service. Delivery 🚚 3 weeks To the product : I'm really super surprised, super quality with remote control, but the remote control has no battery 🪫 from hanging on it is super comfortable without any problems Colors: the garland is also available in 2 other colors, colorful and warm tone got white light I just find white more comfortable in winter 😍 Size: the garland is available in 3 different sizes my size is 3M height 2M length and I think it fits great 5 stars from me ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a beautiful chain of lights 😍 It came perfectly to our Halloween party so we decorated the darkened hallway with it. It was an absolute eye-catcher. It will now be hung up in the bedroom to make it nice and cozy and romantic 🫶🏽❤️ Love it ❤️
