The good and bright head lamp, with 4 modes: main lamp, main + upper lamps, main + all 4 lamps or continuous flash light, battery lasts a very long time, about 4 hours with full radiation of all lamps at once! Is highly recommended

The flashlight shines very well. A big advantage is the battery power supply. A small minus is that the elastic bands (head straps) are too short. With a standard size of 57 you can barely put it on.
