I ordered 2 large bags for my twins. Unfortunately one was sent in the wrong size BUT the seller acted professionally and returned the cost so my twins will both have the bags they chose! I recommend the product. It is as advertised and the shipment was within the times specified. I also recommend the seller and the Joom chat team as they assisted me with a human error that could happen to anyone! Thank you seller. My twin were not let down.

This product is as advertised and very convenient for a school bag. My child loved the front pocket storage and that it opened all the way and the fact that no pencil case was needed except for a very small one just to keep on the small school tables.

If it rains, this bag is a real sponge, all my son's things are ruined. Books, notebooks, binders because of a false advertisement.

Beautiful, light, the colors are much duller in reality. Not as beautiful as in the photos. Arrived in a month ok
