I really liked the idea for above where my kittys food is on the counter, however, the charge doesn't last a full evening. I charged it for the 1st time, 24 hours. As is usually the practice with anything needing charging. It will last longer and keep the charge. My kitty might jump up on the counter, possibly 4 times an evening. She has water, kibble and wet food there. She also has water in other parts of the house with rechargeable lights.
