I received it a week after the order placed from Germany.. The phone is ok at first glance, it moves well, I will come back with more details after more time of use. I come back with an opinion about the quality of the phone after a month of receiving the order. The phone goes crazy almost all the time, the anomalies are daily, it stops out of the blue, it keeps entering my phone unlock code without being able to operate it anymore, I have to restart it all the time to recover, even I can't understand what problems he can have. Regarding the warranty, I don't know how to proceed to return it. I really do not recommend it for purchase. If at first when I received it, I was delighted by its resemblance to an iPhone, now I regret the choice made.

I ordered on 18.08.2023 and it arrived on 7.09.2023 in Moldova, in 20 days everything arrived in order, well packed. It exceeded my expectations, the phone is very nice, you can't even say that it's not iPhone.Battery almost half charged. I hope everything is ok. Thank you Joom, it is worth the money. It sounds very good, it has a volume ohoho, very strong. I didn't even expect such good quality. I went through all the apps from the old phone very easily, it connected very well, the touch is very smart. The battery was fully charged in an hour and a half. The earbuds are very loud and clear. I will come back with details in a while. I have been using the phone for a week, it works very well, until everything is ok.

What to tell you about the gadgets sold on joom, They are of very poor quality, have very little warranty and you have asked yourself why?! In order not to return the money. Along with this phone I also ordered a Blackwieu. I told them all the problems I was facing, and they extended me until July 24th. when they told me that the warranty expired. I wanted to review this Blackwieu, but what do you see.....it's not even in my purchased list anymore. What can I say, shame on you, those who serve joom, from the biggest managers to the one who has the duties of customer support! You are worthy of pity!

Great, it was easy and quick to set everything up. Does everything it's supposed to.👍 So after three months the trouble started, I added the additional 8 RAM because of games and videos. Since then it has been deleting my pictures from the SD card. When I turn it off/reboot I always have to press the power + volume button so that it starts up again. It's just annoying. I've tried everything, reset it to factory settings 3 times, reinstalled everything, formatted the SD card, nothing helps on the phone or computer. I've also bought new SD cards, they all accept the phone but delete all the pictures after 2-3 days. The seller hasn't written back either. Many thanks.
