Product looked well package, unfortunately now that I'm trying it ... :( it doesn't work. I tried plugging it in different spots but no luck. How can I get my refund? Joom issued a refund credit which I received today for the broken set. And for that reason I'm changing my review back to 5 stars. Great customer service.
