The original Timeless was one of the benchmark planar driver IEMs when the concept first started. Timeless II features the latest research and development from our team and features a large 14.5mm diaphragm, the world's first use of a double-sided coated diaphragm in an IEM. Our in-house coating process deposits micron-level uniform surface applications of a special silver alloy, significantly increasing the surface tension of the diaphragm. The new diaphragm is driven by a powerful double-sided N52 magnet array, taking the planar magnetic diaphragm concept to a new level. Since then, we have re-evaluated the planar magnetic driver and innovated a more efficient design.
Timeless II also features a new tunable nozzle concept that allows users to adjust their sound preferences. The idea is derived from the concept of speaker phase plugs, which allow for extra treble extension and adjustment. We designed two special nozzle shapes and two materials for precision tuning of IEMs. Standard copper nozzles, stainless steel cone nozzles, and copper cone nozzles offer unique and effective ways to tune the Timeless II's sound to match your music library.
Timeless II's new planar driver required a redesign of the acoustic driver enclosure to provide a balanced and natural tuning. A 7-layer design with a double acoustic rear venting system and a safer locking system allows the driver to be tuned more precisely, while also increasing durability and stability. The diaphragm is also attached directly to the support structure, increasing stiffness and surface tension within the driver.
Timeless II comes standard with a new upgrade cable. This cable is a 4-conductor 7N single crystal copper cable with a removable MMCX connector. This configuration was specifically chosen to provide additional body and warmth to Timeless II's new drivers, while improving clarity and detail. Detachable cable design allows users to not only replace the cable according to their preference, but also extend the lifespan of the IEM.
