The goods arrived in completely damaged boxes, as if an elephant had sat on them!! How can you give it away like that??? The brackets had slipped out of the boxes and were covered in dust and dirt. Very very bad 👎🏼 JOOM can't do anything about it, it was the transport but Joom was still very accommodating! Thank you very much for that. That is top notch customer service ‼️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I like buying from Joom. Unfortunately the holder has been changed. I bought this exact one a year ago. Everything was great but now the model doesn't fit. It has no grip and slides back and forth. What a pity!

It took me 21 days from ordering to delivery 👍 This is a cell phone holder. At first I thought I got the wrong one, but it was just the box that got mixed up😁 The content was right 😊👍 The mount is easy to attach and holds up great. You can also quickly remove it when you no longer need it. It is very stable and of good quality 👍 It corresponds exactly to the description and the photos of the dealer 👍 From me there are 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And I can recommend the dealer and the product 👍👍

I really liked the car mount for the phone although it took me quite a while to assemble because you never put the description right as it is done but I have already achieved it the thing is that the tablet case is small I ordered the 10 mm and you sent me a smaller one, it's a shame because I like it a lot and I even have the one I have now, it's yours too, but it's already very old so I don't know, I'll have to ask for one, thank you

The product is what I wanted. The instructions onthe side of the box make referene to a metal plate to be stuck to back of mobile phone This will then be attracted by the magnet of the mounting head. The box did not contain neither the metal plate nor the magnetic head where there was a piece of white foam I am not complaining but pointing out that little things make a big difference. THe idea of the product is what I wanted. and is OK.
