I've been waiting a lot for this and wanted to try it right away, but unfortunately I can't agree with the previous reviews. The device gets warm but the massage function remains inactive. I also tried on the highest level but nothing! It stays calm. I ask for clarification of a reverse transaction, because I can't use it like that, resp EXCHANGE DELIVERY !
