For the moment I have installed only one of the two blinds ordered. The installation is simple. For your information, I wiped the window vigorously with alcohol at the location of the 3 suction cups (two to hang the roller at the top, one to hold the hook at the bottom when you lower the blind) to have the best possible grip. Since it's very gray today, I can't yet judge whether it shades well against the sun. It also remains to be seen what it will do in use, after having lowered/raised it at least ten times. In particular, are the suction cups powerful enough to hold for a long time without coming loose with the tension exerted when the blind is lowered?
The order of the "Universal Suction Cup Blinds" went smoothly. One blind is unfortunately defective. It rolls down but no longer rolls up. This has to be done manually. The suction cups unfortunately do not hold on their own. Here I went ahead and applied spray adhesive. The blinds should be packed better in stable packaging material so that they do not break as happened here. The film itself is great. I expected better.
Arrived well packaged and works well. Tried it out for the first time. When summer really arrives, we'll test it more closely to see if the temperature in the room really stays cooler. But here, when we tested it for the first time, it was easy to notice that it was cooler.
From 4 products ordered, only 2 sets of glass suction cups works, the other 2 fall down after 3-4 minutes. Plus 2 products have punction holes in the parasolar film. If you still want to buy order some extra glass suction cups from elsewere.
