The bag arrived undamaged after about 2.5 weeks. I find it super practical with its three lockable compartments. Perfect for "just in time" and when you don't want or need to have a huge bag with you. What I had to laugh about was the small gift that was given - a hair tie with the Mercedes Benz logo 😂 Totally sweet, but funny. I've used the bag a few times and everything is perfect 👍
