They are knee pads with balls and they are supposed to cause a lot of heat to be generated. They are elastic and at the same time tight, the size suits me and is suitable for different measurements. If I have noticed heat with them, I don't know if it is simply because I have something in my knee or because they have the effect they say.

Wearing it now was abit confused as how to wear it but after looking at pictures the bumps go on the inside. I was confused when they come in the bag inside out. Also abit lose for a small but it seems to help my knee quite abit.
