Edit: Have been issued some instructions (from Joom Support Team) to do a factory reset set on these ear phones, I shall try this and add to the review in due course. As always Joom Support is great! 👍 Original review: Been using these a week or so before doing a review, first impressions were good, identical to my genuine Apple ones you physically cant see a difference, however once I started using discovered they don’t charge from the case its self even though the case reads 100% charged I have to charge via a lead to make the actual ear pods charge. This is why I give a 1 star rating along with the following reasons. Next really annoying thing is you only have to touch the ear pod to itch your ear or single tap by accident, even remove an ear pod its instant end of phone call. Cant use Siri with them at all even though its in the options. (They do recognise as ear pods in the I-Phone & show the features available like genuine ones do) If you only want music use, the sound quality is not great (bass is very poor) nothing like what I’m use too with the genuine ones & I do restrict the level in my phone to prevent ear damage so have not used them very loud, but then they’re not the price of genuine ones either so may just be the ones i got?

Very good value for money, the headphones are almost like the real ones with one exception regarding the sound... You have to make some adjustments on the iPhone but otherwise nothing to say 👍🏼

They are very good, last charged for almost a day It charges quickly. My child liked it

the headphones are good but "Say Siri" activates by itself with the airpods
