When I open the case, the display screen appears again, the sensor gives a command to the screen when the case is closed (correctly) but it also does it when it is open (non-functional). Also, the case has the Samsung logos but it is not the same quality as the one I bought 3 years ago from an official Samsung point of sale in Greece. The 1st photo shows the problem, or the 2nd is correct, the 3rd shows the quality and the 4th shows how the display should be when the case is open, but instead of photo 4, when the sensor touches (although it should not) the phone becomes non-functional. That is, I hold the phone open and as I hold it, the case shakes and the screen becomes like in photo No. 2.
Hello, I received the ordered goods today, unfortunately the Smart Clear View Cover does not fit (too small). I would therefore like to send it back. MfG Walter Baumgartner
I ordered the Galaxy S20 ultra , you have sent me wrong cover, I have reported this to you for refund or send me correct item , yet you haven't responded.
Doesn't fit, should be original part. Flap doesn't close too small and deformed
