The product was delivered well on time but there was a small incident on the 2 products, 1 was damaged and therefore unusable, which is a real shame because this is the first time this has happened to me. I am waiting for a response from customer service on this subject, they told me that I would have a response within 24 hours. It is much smaller than I imagined it would be, I mean, I was expecting it to be like a big hair clipper/shaving machine, like the ones in hair salons, but IT STILL DOES ITS PURPOSE, it works well and comes with a charged battery, although I don't know by how much %. It is small, handy and portable.

The clippers were very good. I wanted to say the same thing about jackets, but you confused the sites, I wanted autumn-winter jackets, so with cotton insulation, or you sent me from another summer site, so without insulation, who was wrong, I have not seen anywhere the site you looked for.

A bit poorly made from plastic. I'm used to better workmanship from clippers. When you pull off the charging cable, the bottom cover comes off at the same time! Oh well, but what can you expect for that price!
