How to use the product: Adults and children over 12 years old. Remove the safety seal with the tip of the cap and open the tube. Wash affected skin with soap and water and dry thoroughly before applying. Wear shoes that fit your feet and are well-ventilated. Change your shoes and socks at least once a day. For use between the ankles only: Apply twice daily (morning and evening) for one week, or as directed by your doctor. Use on the soles or sides of the feet twice daily (morning and evening) for 2 weeks or as directed by your doctor. Itching and ringworm: Use once daily (morning or evening) for 1 week, as directed by your doctor. Wash your hands after use. Children under 12 years of age: Ask a doctor.
