Directions for use: Adults and children 2 years and older: Dry the affected area and apply undiluted medication with an applicator to form a long-lasting coating. Leave it on for a few seconds until a coating forms. Apply up to 4 times daily or as directed by your dentist or physician. Children under 12 years of age require adult supervision when using this product. Do not use on infants and children under 2 years of age.

Precautions: Methemoglobinemia WARNING: This product reduces a large amount of oxygen in the blood and may cause methemoglobinemia, a rare but serious condition that requires immediate medical attention. If you or your child experience any of the following symptoms, you should immediately discontinue use and seek medical attention: Pale, gray, or bluish skin (cyanosis) Headache Rapid heartbeat Difficulty breathing Dizziness or irritability Fatigue or lack of energy Take by mouth Use only.Allergy Risk Warning: Do not use this product if you have ever had an allergic reaction to local anesthetics, such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine, or any other anesthetic with “caine” in its name.
